Volunteer for the Games!
Do you want to be involved in the Indian Rim Asian University Games?! Well here is your chance! Volunteers for IRAUG are currently required in the areas of sport administration, event management & operations, information technology, journalism/media/marketing and special events/social programs
Volunteers are an integral part of any major sporting event and without their assistance the Indian Rim Asian University Games could not run. Becoming a volunteer for the Games is not only fun and rewarding, but is also a very valuable experience. Not to mention you will be provided with a free volunteer t-shirt, food throughout the week and free access to all IRAUG social events!
Ever wanted to be involved in an International Sporting Event?! Well here is your chance!
The 2009 Indian Rim Asian University Games are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the volunteer workforce needed to deliver this international multi-sport event held in December in Perth.
Motivated individuals are required in the lead up to the event as well as the week of the Games, Monday 7th December through to Friday 11th December
General volunteers are required in the areas of:
- Sport Administration
- Event Management & Operations
- Information Technology
- Journalism/Media/Marketing
- Special Events/Social Programs
Key positions available include:
- 3 x Administratio and Volunteer Officers
- 2 x Sports Result Officers
- National Liaison Officers (multiple positions)
- 2 x Transport Officers
- Cultural Program Officer
- Medical Assistance Officer
- Media Officers (multiple positions)
- 2 x Opening and Closing Ceremony Officers
- 10 x Sport Officers
